By accessing or using Mordibouncer, you agree to be bound by these functional rules of engagement:

• Acceptable Use: The engine is provided for the sole purpose of verifying email deliverability. Any use of the platform for malicious reconnaissance, spam generation, or distributed denial of service (DDoS) against SMTP servers will result in an immediate permanent ban.
• Rate Limiting: Use of our API and bulk tools is strictly monitored. You must respect the 429 Retry-After headers. Bypassing rate limits via IP spoofing is a violation.
• Service Availability: While we aim for 99.9% uptime, the service is provided "AS IS" without absolute guarantees. We are not liable for transient downtime caused by upstream network routing issues.

PRIVACY POLICY

Data minimalism is our core philosophy. Here is how we handle your information:

• Data Retention: We process emails in memory. Once the SMTP handshake is validated and the response payload is returned, the target email address is immediately discarded. We do not store or sell your lists.
• Logs: We automatically log anonymized metadata (timestamps, IP footprint, response codes) strictly for security monitoring and rate limiting.
• Cookies: Our frontend operates without invasive tracking cookies. We only set strictly necessary tokens required for session authorization (if applicable).
• Third Parties: We do not share telemetry with external third parties under any circumstances.
