GETTING STARTED
Mordibouncer provides industry-leading email validation. We instantly verify email addresses through deep SMTP handshakes, MX record lookups, and syntax validation. You can use our platform manually via the Dashboard or programmatically via API.
SINGLE EMAIL CHECK
The Single Email Check tool is available on your dashboard home screen. Simply enter an email and hit Verify. Within milliseconds, you'll receive a detailed breakdown of the deliverability status and any identified risks.
- SAFE: Fully verified and deliverable.
- RISKY: Exists but might be a catch-all or disposable address.
- INVALID: Does not exist or syntax error. Avoid sending.
BULK VERIFICATION
Our Bulk Verification tool allows you to upload large lists of emails and process them synchronously.
- Format: Only .CSV or .TXT files are permitted.
- Structure: Ensure there is exactly 1 email per line. No headers are necessary.
- Limits: The current maximum batch size is 100 emails per payload. Rate limits apply based on your subscription tier.

DO YOU SEND AN EMAIL TO VERIFY?
No. We use intelligent SMTP protocol handshakes to verify the mailbox existence without ever dropping a payload in the user's inbox.
WHAT IS A CATCH-ALL DOMAIN?
A catch-all (or accept-all) domain is configured to accept all incoming emails, regardless of whether the specific mailbox exists. We flag these as 'Risky' because sending to them can severely harm your sender reputation if they eventually bounce.
WHY WAS MY BATCH RATE LIMITED?
To ensure maximum uptime and API reliability, stringent rate limits are enforced. If you hit a 429 error, simply wait for the cooling period block to expire before your next request.
